What an incredible weekend. If you ever get the chance to go to a conference or expo of any sort in the spiritual event, I of course highly recommend going. Contact Modalities XPO is an excellent choice and they ran a fantastic program. Mel and her whole team did a great job. If it’s your first one, check out what to expect here.
The location of the event was in Delavan, Wisconsin at the Lake Lawn Resort. It’s gorgeous with the lake views in every direction. The food was fantastic and there was no shortage of activities with the resort itself (if there’s even time for that!). Interestingly enough, there were bones of giants found and dug up in the area. I had a few questions at my talk of people ask about those bones during my talk later in the weekend – the rods said that there were still more to be found and they weren’t of human or earthly origins.
The weekend was kicked off with Friday activities and all days talks for a variety of different speakers and topics. I arrived later in the day, but I made it in time for the Friday night meditation and talk. The original intent was to do a sky watch with Chris Bledsoe to see the infamous orbs after the meditation. (By the way, I highly recommend reading his book – UFO of God – if you haven’t yet). Unfortunately, the clouds were covering most of the sky, so we pivoted and did a Q&A session with Jimmy Church and Chris. Chris recounted many of his latest experiences and people he’s talked to about the phenomenon. Jimmy does a great job of leading the conversation and asking the questions we all want to know (he hosts a radio show called fade to black – check it out if you haven’t before!).
Saturday had another full day of programming – I hosted a talk where I went through my spiritual development story and then transitioned into a dowsing rod live demo. There were many light-hearted and fun questions, as well as many heavy moments. I had one woman come up to me on Sunday morning to let me know that she had cried in her car for several hours after she had her question answered. I’m not sure if it was connecting to spirit in that way or the actual answer to her question, but something had been released in her. Archangel Michael at one point had me demonstrate a specific pose a pregnant lady needed to know about – I had zero idea I’d be doing a yoga adjacent on stage!
I had to opportunity to attend a few other sessions, including Jimmy and Chris’s rendition of “Between Two Ferns”. During his talk Chris mentioned the book “Mojave Incident”. The CIA told him that this is a true story and that he should read it, so I’ve ordered that book.
Julie Adreani graciously allowed me to attend her se’ance. She’s a physical medium and I can confirm that I witnessed the energy in that room. I saw Julie transform into a lion, a Sasquatch, an Arabian princess, and a Queen. I saw sparks of light on the ceiling and at the very end of the session, she had an entity come through her with a message – a very timely one too about being careful how you talk to yourself because you are creating your reality. Saturday night, Mel threw a fantastic party and I got to chat with so many folks. They had a birthday cake for Paola Harris with an adorable, buttercream spaceship on top. Paola is another new-to-me photojournalist in the UAP/phenomenon space. I have to say, I was so honored to have one of you turn me into a Simpsons character and put me on a shirt. Saturday ended with an impromptu sky watch with the Bledsoe’s and there were many orbs spotted throughout the evening! I was on the Bledsoe Said So Podcast with Ryan recently – we had such a great time and it’s worth a listen! It was so lovely to chat with Ryan and the whole family – reading Chris’s book lead me to listening to Bledsoe Said So as part of my awakening journey and I just love how it’s come full circle. Being able to experience what they post all the time was so special.
I also have to shout out the lovely Hannah Summerhill – she had me on her podcast last year (which you can listen to here!) and she introduced me to Ryan. Hannah had come to see me speak in January and on a whim I invited her to come be my roomie at the expo! I’m so glad I did, she’s an incredible hype woman and so positive. Sunday was the final day of the expo and I had a “how to use dowsing rods” session in the morning. We also added pendulums as part of the programming and everyone in the room got their rods or pendulums moving!
There were of course so many other folks there – I’m kicking myself for not finding Debz and grabbing a picture with her or watching her presentations. (I was also on her podcast here). She does channeling and QHHT and is a wonderful soul. I also learned of the book “The Forgotten Promise” and have ordered it to read as well.
These events are always so fulfilling – there is so much to be learned and so many great conversations to be had. These spaces are so respectful and full of like minded individuals. I hope to meet you at one in the future!
