Remote Viewing

Remote viewing is the practice of being given a “blind target” and seeing what information you can discern about the target with your extra sensory perception. Blind targets are usually a visual picture with an associated set of numbers. The numbers are what the viewer is given in order to view the picture.

Purists of the practice tend to cling to the scientific part of the process and will insist that you can only remote view targets that are known or that can be verified. A number of people in the remote viewing community will shun any viewing sessions that are outside what we know as fact today or that we cannot verify.

Then there’s another set of viewers that are happy to explore targets outside what we can actually validate. I’ve heard stories of people remote viewing the crucifixion of Jesus or Mars 1,000 years in the past. There’s of course viewing sessions into aliens and politics and all matter of subjects people like to explore.

World governments tend to gravitate towards remote viewing as their preferred psychic programs because of the scientific process associated with the method and because good psychics know if someone is in their mind and can block them out. It’s helpful to not be reliant on reading minds that can be given false information or can be manipulated. Most governments today will claim they have no such capability, but the world powers do – they have to keep up with one another. They use the practice for military and strategic intelligence.

I tend to be of the mind that remote viewing is the same as every other reading practice; psychic readings, tarot or dowsing readings, astrology readings, and so on. The key differences really have more to do with the method and process. Theoretically, each of these different practices should yield similar information with the same target or question, it’s just a matter of how you get there. In practice, having been trained and practiced in talking with spirits and people/higher selves, switching to a remote viewing practice is quite challenging. Reading objects and material things is a big change from what I’m used to.

That’s not to say I won’t be successful with it. Just like every other extra sensory practice, it takes time to develop. The great thing about practicing remote viewing is that it’s much simpler to get feedback on what you’re looking at. There are several remote viewing practice websites available on the internet with a quick search if you’re interested in trying it for yourself. The websites provide a number to target, you take some time to observe (and record if you wish) what information you’re getting, then once you are ready, you can view the actual content/picture to see how close you were.

Have you tried remote viewing before? What’s the most interesting target you’ve looked at?
