I love playing with energy in all sorts of ways and every once in awhile I’ll get the urge to try moving a rock with my energy. It’s pretty simple to do once you get the hang of it.
Setup: There’s a many different ways to perform telekinesis, but it’s easy to start with object you already have. I’ve found it easiest to start with tumbled crystals that want to move. Brownstone, quartz, and selenite have all worked well for me. I suspect pyrite would also be excellent – it’s a stone with a TON of energy. Alternatively, you can set up a PSI wheel. Essentially, you take a piece of tin foil and balance it on the end of a point. Usually folks put it on a sewing needle that’s been stuck in an eraser to hold it upright.
Step 1) Meditate
Step 2) Connect with whatever object you’re trying to move. It helps to have held onto it while meditating to you can be attuned to the object’s energy
Step 3) Put the object wherever you’re going to have it. I’ve found it most helpful when learning to hold the object in one hand while I move it with the other hand (see the video demo below).
Step 4) Focus on the object and imagine pushing (or pulling) energy towards the object you’re trying to move. Hold the focus until the object moves.
Helpful hint: Try putting your hand in a Gyan Mudra (or an “OK” where your index finger and thumb are touching) and then pushing on the object. This mudra is known for focusing energy.
